HFA National Hardware Industry Luncheon 2015

On 16 October 2015, we were proud sponsors of the 2015 National Hardware Industry Luncheon event from the HFA (the Hardware Federation of Australia).

Held at the Jim Stynes Function Room at the famous Melbourne Cricket Ground, this year the Luncheon included the inaugural National Industry Rising Star Award.

Mark Laidlaw, CEO, Mitre 10, gave a compelling presentation as keynote speaker to more than 100 attendees from the hardware industry across Australia.

2015 National Rising Star Award

Jesse Grogan of Crameri’s Home Timber & Hardware in Maryborough, Victorian winner of the 2015 Rising Star Award for Victoria, was in the running together with finalists Jeremy Symonds and Tim Peters.

Ultimately, the National Rising Star Award winner for 2015 announced was Jeremy Symonds, of Coopers Home Timber & Hardware in Bundaberg, Queensland. Our congratulations to Jeremy and all of the state finalists — well done.
