About Your Store’s Online Payment Gateway

Sympac Solutions Pty Ltd, is your store’s business solution partner, and we have partnered with Till Payments (a Nuvei Company) to provide faster, more innovative customer payment options that integrate seamlessly with our accounting software. 

Your online security is a top priority, and we do not store any card details in our systems or at store level. All Payment Links comply with PCI DSS standards, helping prevent fraud and chargebacks by ensuring the secure transmission, processing, and storage of payment data. 

How Do Registered Account Payments Work?

  1. An email, generated by your store, is sent to you from the Sympac Software, enabling you to securely register your card online and authorise us to process payments when your account is due.
  2. As part of the online registration process, you will be asked to confirm your acceptance of a series of terms and conditions.
  3. No card data is stored at the store or in our software system; it is stored by Till Payments (Nuvei) ABN 64 160 726 349 in accordance with PCI Standards, including Till’s Privacy Policy. You may need to provide debit request details to Till for claims. 
  4. Using the Registered Account Payment means you don’t need to worry about making payments when your account is due, and you don’t need to re-enter your card details repeatedly.
  5. The new gateway seamlessly integrates with our store’s Debtors System and General Ledger, keeping your customer accounts current.
  6. The online payment system fully complies with security standards such as PCI DSS and employs advanced 3DS2 technology to minimise risks associated with non-compliant data capture.

 

How Do Pay-By-Link Payments Work?
