SYM-PAC's Repairs & Warranties Tracking function looks after the recording and tracking of customers' repairs and returns under warranty.
You've heard the statement: "the retailer always wears the warranty claims". The retailer is where the goods are returned to, and if you don't look after the customer, then you will lose him for future sales.
To help retailers manage this process, SYM-PAC has created a system that records the Repair/Warranty 'transaction' when the goods are returned. The operator enters all the necessary details including the "original" invoice number (for proof of purchase).
At any time the system can be used to see the status of the warranty or repair.
